Dear Iraqi.
I offer you my hearty congratulations on inauguration of Iraqi new political power.
Over two years have passed since the invasion by the United States started, with this Iraq rebuild passed a milestone.
A new system for the Iraq rebuild starts.
Keep going please Iraq new power!

Until now, Iraqi had hard time.
Result from strife between Hussein power and Bush power, Hussein power fell.
At that time, the United States took advantage of power vacuum, occupied and brought placed Iraq under its rule.
Due to this, many Iraqi have been sacrificed and serious violation of human right happened.
Still more the country of Iraq is destroyed and contaminated.

But, Iraqi did not surrender.
Iraqi defied the United States to defense Iraq.
The action of defense by Iraqi bears fruits as recovery of sovereign of Iraqi and success inauguration of Iraqi new political power.
This is a victory of Iraqi.

I hear that there were many difficulties to this inaugurate of Iraqi new political power.
For example, it is interference of domestic affairs by the United States.

There is a suspicion that the United States manipulated election results of Iraqi National Assembly which is voted at 2005/1/30.

In 2005/02/18 at Olympia's Capitol Theater in Washington State, Mr.Scott Ritter who is former UN weapons inspector in Iraq said as follow.
"The former Marine also said that the Jan. 30 elections, which George W. Bush has called "a turning point in the history of Iraq, a milestone in the advance of freedom," were not
so free after all. Ritter said that U.S. authorities in Iraq had manipulated the results in order to reduce the percentage of the vote received by the United Iraqi Alliance from 56% to 48%. "

Besides, there is a suspicion that the United States stirs up the confrontation between each power in Iraq.

According to Asahi Shinbun (which is a news paper in Japan) dated on 2005/3/17, there is a executive of United Iraqi Alliance who assert about a cause of delay of consultation for
coalition in Iraqi National Assembly which is held in 2005/3/16, that it is because the United States incited Kurd power to crush Shia Unite for fear Mr.Ibrahim al-Jaafari whom United Iraqi Alliance nominated for Prime Minister, because he tends towered Islam strongly.

The above-mentioned there are suspicions, which the United States interferes, in Iraq's internal affair.
There is possibility, which the United States has done same thing.
It wills necessary to investigate in the actual situation of interference of domestics by the United States.

In addition to above, there is a suspicion that the United States plans Terrorist attack against Iraq.
According to Newsweek dated on 2005/1/24, the United States government is debating a tactics so-called "Salvador Option" in Iraq.

Salvador Option is the crush against anti-American power using terrorism by the United States.

In 1980s the United States formed special squads in El Salvador, and made it destroy a leftist guerrilla FMLN(Frente Farabundo Marti para la Liberacion Nacional).
However, the target of this special squads was not only guerrilla.

The United states made it attack not only guerrilla but also civilian who oppose pro-American dictatorship include democracy activist, the persons concerned with Human Rights, tea
cher, journalist and intellectuals etc. It is said that thousands of civilians fell victim to this terrorism.

These terrorist squads did slaughter assassination, kidnapping and torture.
As for the way of the terrorist squads, cruel murder methods of striking terror for example in slaughter, its methods were destroying a part of the body and doing the corpse in sp
linters etc.
In this connection, the United States trained terrorist squad at SOA(School of the Americas).
Then the United States have supported terrorist squads, and made it do terrorist attack.

Salvador Option was used in Central America, include El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, Honduras.
And, it is said that Salvador Option is used in Columbia up to now.

As of the beginning of May, more than three months has passed since Newsweek published the report about Salvador Option.
Now, there is possibility, which the United States has already used Salvador Option in Iraq.
It wills necessary to investigate about the terrorist activity by the United States.

Nevertheless, there were obstructs by the United States. Iraqi accomplished inauguration of Iraqi new political power.
This is entirely result of Iraqi's efforts and courage.

The damage from invasion by the United States is large, so nation rebuild of Iraq will difficult.
